while we are going through your service, it’s highly appreciated if you maintain good posture, it can be hard for me to provide good and speedy services if the clients head is down and body slumped over. To ensure we are meeting our time marks I ask that all clients please bring their phones eye level. I will not complete services if we have to continuously stop because of posture. 

Grace period of 10 minutes is allowed which is an additional $10 fee...after 15 minutes appointment is cancelled and deposit is non-refundable

If I am running late due to previous client, accommodations will be made

Lace-all lace MUST be HD or TRANSPARENT ONLY, no big knots , grey or dark toned lace will be accepted. 5x5 closures or bigger is recommended for “frontal affect” 

Wigs- I will no longer re install wigs I did not initially install. When purchasing wigs from amazon or TikTok, please be sure you are selecting the correct items that’s required. You may have to spend more $ for better quality! Hd or transparent lace ONLY and 200 or higher density is recommended!  All frontal wigs MUST be 13x6 

Sew In- 3 or MORE full bundles are REQUIRED. I will Not install more than one cut up bundle. Hair store bundle’s  or packed hair is NOT recommended for this service due to the longevity of this type of install. Quality bundles are highly recommended. 

Quick Weave- Dream weaver Pack hair  is highly recommended I will make an exception for a few other brands ( please confirm before purchasing) Quality hair store bundle’s are acceptable.(please confirm with me before purchasing) Quality bundles not from hair store are also acceptable.

No call, no show or same day cancellations will result in your card being charged for half of the balance. please remember there is a 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled if you are late, YES every situation is different so please communicate with me so we can come to a mutual understanding. ALL lace must be dropped off 2 days prior to your appointment to 6765 Siegen lane Ste A unless we have made other arrangements! You WILL be charged an additional fee of $25 for same day customization, no exceptions! Anything out side of basic side/middle part, regular curls/straightening will be an extra fee. Example, wand curls, crimps, half up half down, pin ups, bobs, layers ect. Please book the correct service, as it is hard to change services when the books are full. Please add on anything additional upon booking.
